There was a noisy pub nearby, which could disturb guests looking for complete tranquility.

This place is in a great location, right on the seafront. The views from the top floor room were stunning. The staff here are friendly and attentive, always willing to please. The breakfast served was delicious and served efficiently. The hotel also has a car park, which is a pleasant change and saves you from being charged exorbitant fees. It's a luxurious hotel that provides enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Really great stay, obliging place. It had fab location walking distance to Lytham War Memorial. Close to bars and restaurants. Perfect units and welcoming staff.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Lytham St Annes. The location was amazing, right on the seafront and so close to the town centre. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and clean rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and there was a great choice of food. The parking was adequate and free for residents.

The property was clean and fabulous, had very good staff and rooms. The room was immaculate with exceptionally comfortable beds. The great onsite restaurant had lots of food.

The Clifton Arms Hotel in Lytham St Annes exceeded all expectations. The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the promenade and estuary. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly cared for. The room was clean, comfortable, and well provisioned. The food, especially the Fish and Chips, was delightful. it was a fabulous weekend break with a relaxing bar area and excellent breakfast.

Traditional hotel, staff were brilliant and the location was ideal right in the seafront. The breakfast was hot, a great selection of good food. Not to mention free wifi!
